Hakuba Valley が運営するバスもHakuba47にバス停がございます。 Hakuba Valley パス（リフト券）をお持ちの方はバスの乗車賃が無料になります。お持ちでない方は1回の乗車運賃は大人800円、小人400円となります。

ベースエリア「ゴンドラ駅舎」内だから、とっても便利。重たいギアを持ち歩く必要がないから嬉しいですね。レンタルショップには、靴用のコインロッカー、お荷物用のコインロッカー、簡易更衣室もご用意しております。
レンタルではご提供のない、ニット帽子やゴーグル、グローブなど滑るのには必要不可欠なグッズを多種ご用意しております。また、「遊べる」をテーマに新感覚スポーツショップとして ココでしか購入できないアイテムも盛り沢山！！

2025-2026エイブル白馬五竜＆Hakuba47共通シーズン券は、お申し込み後のキャンセル・払い戻しはお客様側のご都合によるいかなる理由の場合の他、スキー場側の諸事情（降雪状況、積雪状況、コース状況等により予定していた営業開始日、営業期間、営業時間、営業終了日が変更となった場合等も）による場合も致しません。但し、スキー場営業が10日に満たなかった場合には、五竜47索道協議会の規定に基づいて払い戻しの対応をいたします。

スキーアカデミーキャンプ < スクール < レッスン & レンタル
宿泊とレッスンがセットになったコースレッスン。期間中は同じ教師が担当します。
ビデオ講習でスキー運動やポジションの問題点を視覚からもチェックできます。
コース途中からの参加や早帰りなども可能です。またレッスンのみの参加もできますので、気軽にお問い合わせください。

1.宿泊は近隣のホテル、ペンションになります（男女別相部屋）。お申し込み時にご案内させていただきます。宿泊先のペンションとスキー場間は無料シャトルバスが運行しています。

Hakuba47マウンテンスポーツパーク内で遊べる「フリーパスポート」付きだから自由時間も楽しいね！ 「フリーパスポート」は2日間とも朝から使えるので、早めに受付をして47を先取りしよう！もちろん2日目のキャンプが終わった後もフリーパスポートで遊べるよ！

基本的に行程内で使用する用具等（テント、調理器具等）は当施設で準備致します。その他必要な物として「着替え、水着、靴・サンダル（川に入ります）、帽子、日焼け止め、防寒着（朝夕は冷え込む事もあります）、虫除け、また、万が一の場合に備え、保険証のコピー等もご持参頂ければ安心かと思います。また、国内旅行損害保険への加入をおすすめいたします。気象条件等により行程通りのプログラムが行えない場合は、それに代わるプログラムに変更する可能性がございます。また食品等に関するアレルギー等がございましたら事前にお知らせ下さい。 よくある質問はこちらから
色々な体験や遊んだりするので多めに持参ください。
お子様は2日目に浅い川に入ります。その際服も濡れやすいので水着に着替えます。
川に入る際は裸足は禁止です。かかとのストラップ付サンダルをご用意ください。
ビーチサンダルは不可です。
涼しい白馬でも日中は強い日差しが照り付けます。日焼け対策はしっかり行ってください。
夕方のフリータイムやナイトプログラムにあったら便利なアイテムです。
日陰や朝晩は一気に気温が下がる時があります。
寝袋も比較的薄めなので就寝中のテントの中、トイレに出る際、朝方外で時間を過ごす時にはかさばらないフリース等が1着あるととても便利です。
万が一の為、ご参加される全員分の保険証のコピーなどがあると安心です。
万が一の為保険の加入をおすすめいたします。
蛍を見たいという皆さまは7月中～下旬の参加がおすすめ！！！
白馬エリアでは7月中旬から下旬が蛍の一番の季節です。キャンプ参加するならホタル見たい！！と言うご家族はぜひ7月中にご参加ください。
7月中のキャンプは比較的空いてるためガイドもしっかりお手伝いできて一石二鳥ですョ！
（上記内容は蛍が必ず観れる事を確約するものではありません。他時期に比べ比較的たくさん観れるといった内容です）
本キャンププログラムは雨でも催行可能なプログラムですので基本催行いたします。
ただ、一部催行できない内容がある場合があります。
・テント張り … ガイドの判断で、テントが張れないお天気の場合は予め張られたテントを使用していただく場合があります。
また、雨が強い場合は屋内でテントを張る場合があります。
・夕食づくり … 大型テントの中で行う為天候にかかわらず催行可能です。
・ナイトプログラム … 雨の日は蛍は飛びませんので別のプログラムに変更いたします。また、蛍が観れない時期も同様です。
・魚のつかみ取り … 川の中で行いますので雨でも催行可能です。川が濁った場合のみ別会場でつかみ取りを行います。
・BBQ昼食 … 大型テントの中で行うため天候にかかわらず催行可能です。
※台風等の場合
上記の対策が取れず、やむを得ず催行を中止する場合は前日にご案内させていただきます。

Hakuba47では、ソリ、またはそれに類似するものを持ってのリフト乗車はご遠慮いただいております。
リフトに乗車し、ゲレンデを滑走する用具として、当スキー場が許可しているものは、「金属のエッジがついていてスピードコントロールできるもの」、「滑り止め用の機構やリーシュコードがついているもの」、「ゴンドラ搬器に積載可能なもの」に限らせていただいております。また、これらの条件を満たしていても、構造上の理由で滑走中の視界が狭くなるものや急停止が難しいと考えられるものもご遠慮いただいております。

A Hakuba47では、ソリ、またはそれに類似するものを持ってのリフト乗車はご遠慮いただいております。リフトに乗車し、ゲレンデを滑走する用具として、当スキー場が許可しているものは、「金属のエッジがついていてスピードコントロールできるもの」、「滑り止め用の機構やリーシュコードがついているもの」「ゴンドラ搬器に積載が可能なサイズの物」に限らせていただいております。また、これらの条件を満たしていても、構造上の理由で滑走中の視界が狭くなるものや急停止が難しいと考えられるものもご遠慮いただいております。

A 冬期は無理だとお考え下さい。晴れた日が続き道路が乾いていたとしても、いったん雪が降りだすと、あっという間に積もってしまいます。スタッドレスもしくはチェーンのご用意が必要です。
また、春先の時期で、既に道路に雪が無い状況下でも1日で道路が真っ白になるほどの積雪がある場合もございますので、基本はスタッドレス等の滑り止めの準備をしてご来場ください。

A 誠に恐れ入りますが、Hakuba47は各コース狭いコース幅となっております。積雪の多いシーズンは特に、段差を無くさずコース整備を続けておりますと安全を確保できるコース幅が維持できなくなり大変危険となる為、安全に滑走できるコース幅を確保する為必要最低限のコースのフラット出し作業を行う関係で段差ができてしまいます。 比較的ツリーエリア等の非圧雪エリアから各コースに戻る箇所に段差ができる事が多くなりますが、各コースを滑走されるお客様が優先となりますので衝突等を避ける意味でもコースへ戻られる際は減速・停止をしていただき、段差も安全に回避頂きます様お願い申し上げます。段差が大きい箇所は予め停止を託すよう停止フラッグを出しております。何卒ご理解いただきます様お願い申し上げます。

Yes, all passes, with the exception of single rides or Gondola only tickets, include Hakuba47 & Hakuba Goryu.
They are two different resorts but are conveniently connect at the top so that both can be enjoyed in the same day.
Please do note that adverse weather can temporarily close the connecting lifts, leaving you on whichever ever side you happen to be on.
This is especially important when considering where you have parked, left belongings, are meeting others, or shuttle times. Therefore,
when it is windy or stormy, please pay close attention to announcements and closures.

You can mail the lift ticket to us, and we will transfer your deposit. However, the postage and remittance fee shall be borne by the customer. We recommend you to return the lift ticket the next time when you visit Hakuba 47.

We do, yes. Our long established Hakuba47 Ski Academy now has an International branch that caters specifically towards non-Japanese speakers.
Most of our Instructors are from native English speaking countries such as the UK, Australia, New Zealand & Canada. Both group and private lessons are available.
Alternatively, Hakuba Ski Concierge is a boutique Hakuba ski school that specializes in private ski & snowboard lessons, and resort guiding services.
All transportation is included and all Instructors are native English speakers.
Hakuba47 snowboard school is also have English lessons. Please jump to Hakuba47 Snowboard School official website for further details.

We are a short drive from the Olympic road and are well sign posted so you will have no issues finding us.
Alternatively, we run frequent, free shuttle buses between the resort and many main locations around Hakuba.

There is a shower room available for 100 yen per 5 minutes. The shower room is open from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.

No, pets are not allowed on the gondolas during winter to avoid collisions although you may ride the gondola with your pet during summer.

There are a few things that set us apart from other resorts.
Firstly, most of our slopes are north facing, which means that we have the longest season for skiing top to bottom.
So while other resorts are crowded onto their upper slopes and guests are forced to download on the lifts during the early and late season - the chances are you'll be skiing all the way down at 47.
We also have a great selection of ski schools for our guests to choose from, so there is sure to be a service that suits you. Further more, we are currently the only resort in the valley to provide lift line priority for our overseas guests taking lessons. Which, when you are paying for your time is a BIG deal, especially during busy times such as Christmas & New Years.
We also boast a large, well designed and maintained "47PARKS" Terrain Park which is serviced by a pair lift.

Due to a high number of lift cables, towers and the lifts themselves, having drones in the air poses considerable risk to the infrastructure, staff and public. Therefore, all drones are prohibited within the resort. Thank you for your understanding.

Yes, we highly recommend you to drive with studless tires in frequent snowfall as well as in early spring. When the snow is not hard-packed, on slushy roads or snow-free dry/wet roads in cold weather, you should opt for studless snow tires. Also, it may still snow in spring, so it is better to drive with studless tires even when roads are dry.

We are afraid, but Hakuba 47 has a narrow course width for each course. During the season when there is a lot of snow, gaps are created as the courses are flattened out to the minimum necessary while maintaining the width of the courses for safety. There will be more gaps and bumps on the way back to each course from ungroomed areas such as tree areas. Please slow down or stop when returning to the course to avoid collisions. Also, safely avoid the gaps and bumps. There are "stop" signs at where the gaps are. Thank you for your understanding.
A Pets are permitted in the outdoor areas but must be on a leash at all times, with the exception of the dog runs. They are not allowed indoors, with the exception of the gondola. We do ask that if you wish to bring your pets to the BBQ area that you notify us of that at the time of reserving.
A Only handheld fireworks - such as sparklers - are allowed, and if using them we ask that you do so on the road next to the campsite, as well as assume all responsibility and clean up after yourselves.

This 2-day and 1-night adventure program is designed specifically with families in mind. It's a a chance to get outdoors, be amongst nature and learn new skills together. From pitching your tent to catching fish and cooking them, our staff are here to facilitate an authentic experience and lend a hand should you need it. We are also ready to teach you tips for camping, how to make a fire and cook with dutch ovens. At night, enjoy a family get-together in a quiet tent with a little light. Learn how to survive the outdoors in a fun, yet approachable way.
As well as the wilderness survival camp experience, you will also receive a 2 day free pass which will allow you to enjoy our facilities and activities here at Hakuba 47!
※ This two day pass does differ in content from the 「Happy Pack Pass」
※ Activities included in this two day activity pass are as follows;

What to bring:
We provide all equipment including tents, BBQs, cooking equipment and utensils.
We recommend to bring extra clothes in case you take part in some activities.
You will be playing in the river on the second day of the camp so you'll need your swimwear and towels.
Playing in the river with bare feet may hurt you, please wear enclosed shoes.
No flip flops or thongs.
Remember to bring a hat and/or sunscreen as the sun is scorching hot in Hakuba.
It would be helpful if you have insect repellent in the evening and the nighttime, the bugs are around. A bear bell and a torch or small light will be helpful.
It might get chilly under the shade of a tree, and also it cools down in the morning and at night.
You may want to wrap yourself up in layers to protect yourself from the cold.
Weather may force a change in program so it is advised to have insurance in place.
Please do alert us to any allergies to medicines and/or dietary requirements.
Those who would like to see fireflies are advised to join the camps from mid - late July. Hakuba is known for it's firefly population, and as animals that only exist in close proximity to very pure water and undergrowth - typically where they meet - we are fortunate enough to have some here. July camps tend to be quieter than August, so you can also enjoy a more personal experience with a great guide to guest ratio!

●What to do after applying
1. Once you have applied via phone or our online form, you will receive an automatic reply from Hakuba 47.
2. A confirmation letter along with a camping schedule and "to bring" list will be emailed to you.
（As to last minute applications, materials will be emailed to you.)
3. Check the confirmation letter, fill in all the necessary information, and bring it with you on the day of camping.
（We will ask you to complete the letter at our reception if you are unable to print it out beforehand.）
4. Submit the confirmation letter when checking in and pay at reception.
（Cash and credit card are both accepted.）

基本的に行程内で使用する用具等（テント、調理器具等）は当施設で準備致します。その他必要な物として「着替え、水着、靴・サンダル（川に入ります）、帽子、日焼け止め、防寒着（朝夕は冷え込む事もあります）、虫除け、また、万が一の場合に備え、保険証のコピー等もご持参頂ければ安心かと思います。また、国内旅行損害保険への加入をおすすめいたします。気象条件等により行程通りのプログラムが行えない場合は、それに代わるプログラムに変更する可能性がございます。また食品等に関するアレルギー等がございましたら事前にお知らせ下さい。 よくある質問はこちらから
色々な体験や遊んだりするので多めに持参ください。
お子様は2日目に浅い川に入ります。その際服も濡れやすいので水着に着替えます。
川に入る際は裸足は禁止です。かかとのストラップ付サンダルをご用意ください。
ビーチサンダルは不可です。
涼しい白馬でも日中は強い日差しが照り付けます。日焼け対策はしっかり行ってください。
夕方のフリータイムやナイトプログラムにあったら便利なアイテムです。
日陰や朝晩は一気に気温が下がる時があります。
寝袋も比較的薄めなので就寝中のテントの中、トイレに出る際、朝方外で時間を過ごす時にはかさばらないフリース等が1着あるととても便利です。
万が一の為、ご参加される全員分の保険証のコピーなどがあると安心です。

蛍を見たいという皆さまは7月中～下旬の参加がおすすめ！！！
白馬エリアでは7月中旬から下旬が蛍の一番の季節です。キャンプ参加するならホタル見たい！！と言うご家族はぜひ7月中にご参加ください。
7月中のキャンプは比較的空いてるためガイドもしっかりお手伝いできて一石二鳥ですョ！
（上記内容は蛍が必ず観れる事を確約するものではありません。他時期に比べ比較的たくさん観れるといった内容です）
本キャンププログラムは雨でも催行可能なプログラムですので基本催行いたします。
ただ、一部催行できない内容がある場合があります。
・テント張り … ガイドの判断で、テントが張れないお天気の場合は予め張られたテントを使用していただく場合があります。
また、雨が強い場合は屋内でテントを張る場合があります。
・夕食づくり … 大型テントの中で行う為天候にかかわらず催行可能です。
・ナイトプログラム … 雨の日は蛍は飛びませんので別のプログラムに変更いたします。また、蛍が観れない時期も同様です。
・魚のつかみ取り … 川の中で行いますので雨でも催行可能です。川が濁った場合のみ別会場でつかみ取りを行います。
・BBQ昼食 … 大型テントの中で行うため天候にかかわらず催行可能です。
※台風等の場合
上記の対策が取れず、やむを得ず催行を中止する場合は前日にご案内させていただきます。

Hakuba47では、ソリ、またはそれに類似するものを持ってのリフト乗車はご遠慮いただいております。
リフトに乗車し、ゲレンデを滑走する用具として、当スキー場が許可しているものは、「金属のエッジがついていてスピードコントロールできるもの」、「滑り止め用の機構やリーシュコードがついているもの」、「ゴンドラ搬器に積載可能なもの」に限らせていただいております。また、これらの条件を満たしていても、構造上の理由で滑走中の視界が狭くなるものや急停止が難しいと考えられるものもご遠慮いただいております。
尚、エイブル白馬五竜スキー場で滑走できるアイテムとは異なる場合がございますので、Line-Eに乗車される際は降車後が白馬五竜スキー場での滑走となるため、白馬五竜スキー場での滑走の可否を事前に把握していただいた上でのご乗車となりますのでお気を付けください。

Sleds and similar equipment are not allowed on the chairlifts. The only equipment allowed on the lifts and slopes by the resort is those with metal edges that can be used for speed control, and those that have a non-slip mechanism or leash cord. Even if the above conditions are met, we may ask you to refrain from using equipment that, for structural reasons, reduce visibility during the ride or make it difficult to stop suddenly. These permitted/forbidden equipment may differ from those of Hakuba Goryu ski resort. Therefore, please confirm with Goryu ski resort before getting onto our Line-E lift.

A 冬期は無理だとお考え下さい。晴れた日が続き道路が乾いていたとしても、いったん雪が降りだすと、あっという間に積もってしまいます。スタッドレスもしくはチェーンのご用意が必要です。
また、春先の時期で、既に道路に雪が無い状況下でも1日で道路が真っ白になるほどの積雪がある場合もございますので、基本はスタッドレス等の滑り止めの準備をしてご来場ください。

A 誠に恐れ入りますが、Hakuba47は各コース狭いコース幅となっております。積雪の多いシーズンは特に、段差を無くさずコース整備を続けておりますと安全を確保できるコース幅が維持できなくなり大変危険となる為、安全に滑走できるコース幅を確保する為必要最低限のコースのフラット出し作業を行う関係で段差ができてしまいます。 比較的ツリーエリア等の非圧雪エリアから各コースに戻る箇所に段差ができる事が多くなりますが、各コースを滑走されるお客様が優先となりますので衝突等を避ける意味でもコースへ戻られる際は減速・停止をしていただき、段差も安全に回避頂きます様お願い申し上げます。段差が大きい箇所は予め停止を託すよう停止フラッグを出しております。何卒ご理解いただきます様お願い申し上げます。

Yes, all passes, with the exception of single rides or Gondola only tickets, include Hakuba47 & Hakuba Goryu.
They are two different resorts but are conveniently connect at the top so that both can be enjoyed in the same day.
Please do note that adverse weather can temporarily close the connecting lifts, leaving you on whichever ever side you happen to be on.
This is especially important when considering where you have parked, left belongings, are meeting others, or shuttle times. Therefore,
when it is windy or stormy, please pay close attention to announcements and closures.

You can mail the lift ticket to us, and we will transfer your deposit. However, the postage and remittance fee shall be borne by the customer. We recommend you to return the lift ticket the next time when you visit Hakuba 47.

We do, yes. Our long established Hakuba47 Ski Academy now has an International branch that caters specifically towards non-Japanese speakers.
Most of our Instructors are from native English speaking countries such as the UK, Australia, New Zealand & Canada. Both group and private lessons are available.
Alternatively, Hakuba Ski Concierge is a boutique Hakuba ski school that specializes in private ski & snowboard lessons, and resort guiding services.
All transportation is included and all Instructors are native English speakers.

We are a short drive from the Olympic road and are well sign posted so you will have no issues finding us.
Alternatively, we run frequent, free shuttle buses between the resort and many main locations around Hakuba.

There are a few things that set us apart from other resorts.
Firstly, most of our slopes are north facing, which means that we have the longest season for skiing top to bottom.
So while other resorts are crowded onto their upper slopes and guests are forced to download on the lifts during the early and late season - the chances are you'll be skiing all the way down at 47.
We also have a great selection of ski schools for our guests to choose from, so there is sure to be a service that suits you. Further more, we are currently the only resort in the valley to provide lift line priority for our overseas guests taking lessons. Which, when you are paying for your time is a BIG deal, especially during busy times such as Christmas & New Years.

Yes, we highly recommend you to drive with studless tires in frequent snowfall as well as in early spring. When the snow is not hard-packed, on slushy roads or snow-free dry/wet roads in cold weather, you should opt for studless snow tires. Also, it may still snow in spring, so it is better to drive with studless tires even when roads are dry.

We are afraid, but Hakuba 47 has a narrow course width for each course. During the season when there is a lot of snow, gaps are created as the courses are flattened out to the minimum necessary while maintaining the width of the courses for safety. There will be more gaps and bumps on the way back to each course from ungroomed areas such as tree areas. Please slow down or stop when returning to the course to avoid collisions. Also, safely avoid the gaps and bumps. There are "stop" signs at where the gaps are. Thank you for your understanding.
A Pets are permitted in the outdoor areas but must be on a leash at all times, with the exception of the dog runs. They are not allowed indoors, with the exception of the gondola. We do ask that if you wish to bring your pets to the BBQ area that you notify us of that at the time of reserving.
A Only handheld fireworks - such as sparklers - are allowed, and if using them we ask that you do so on the road next to the campsite, as well as assume all responsibility and clean up after yourselves.

This 2-day and 1-night adventure program is designed specifically with families in mind. It's a a chance to get outdoors, be amongst nature and learn new skills together. From pitching your tent to catching fish and cooking them, our staff are here to facilitate an authentic experience and lend a hand should you need it. We are also ready to teach you tips for camping, how to make a fire and cook with dutch ovens. At night, enjoy a family get-together in a quiet tent with a little light. Learn how to survive the outdoors in a fun, yet approachable way.
As well as the wilderness survival camp experience, you will also receive a 2 day free pass which will allow you to enjoy our facilities and activities here at Hakuba 47!
※ This two day pass does differ in content from the 「Happy Pack Pass」
※ Activities included in this two day activity pass are as follows;
・Unlimited gondola use
・Kids land
・Miniature railway pass - one time use
・Fun bikes
・World insect exhibition
・Play area at Carol

What to bring:
We provide all equipment including tents, BBQs, cooking equipment and utensils.
We recommend to bring extra clothes in case you take part in some activities.
You will be playing in the river on the second day of the camp so you'll need your swimwear and towels.
Playing in the river with bare feet may hurt you, please wear enclosed shoes.
No flip flops or thongs.
Remember to bring a hat and/or sunscreen as the sun is scorching hot in Hakuba.
It would be helpful if you have insect repellent in the evening and the nighttime, the bugs are around. A bear bell and a torch or small light will be helpful.
It might get chilly under the shade of a tree, and also it cools down in the morning and at night.
You may want to wrap yourself up in layers to protect yourself from the cold.
Weather may force a change in program so it is advised to have insurance in place.
Please do alert us to any allergies to medicines and/or dietary requirements.
Those who would like to see fireflies are advised to join the camps from mid - late July. Hakuba is known for it's firefly population, and as animals that only exist in close proximity to very pure water and undergrowth - typically where they meet - we are fortunate enough to have some here. July camps tend to be quieter than August, so you can also enjoy a more personal experience with a great guide to guest ratio!

●What to do after applying
1. Once you have applied via phone or our online form, you will receive an automatic reply from Hakuba 47.
2. A confirmation letter along with a camping schedule and "to bring" list will be emailed to you.
（As to last minute applications, materials will be emailed to you.)
3. Check the confirmation letter, fill in all the necessary information, and bring it with you on the day of camping.
（We will ask you to complete the letter at our reception if you are unable to print it out beforehand.）
4. Submit the confirmation letter when checking in and pay at reception.
（Cash and credit card are both accepted.）
