General resort FAQs:

Q Are pets allowed?

A Pets are permitted in the outdoor areas but must be on a leash at all times, with the exception of the dog runs. They are not allowed indoors, with the exception of the gondola. We do ask that if you wish to bring your pets to the BBQ area that you notify us of that at the time of reserving.

Camping FAQs:

Q . Are fireworks permitted?

A Only handheld fireworks - such as sparklers - are allowed, and if using them we ask that you do so on the road next to the campsite, as well as assume all responsibility and clean up after yourselves.

Q Are the restaurants open during the evening?

A No, our indoor restaurants close at 16:00, and the last food orders at Pizza House Luis are 15:00.
