Courses
Easy 3 steps for beginners!!
①Practice course
Let's practice shifting gears and putting on the breaks!
②Miharashi (Fine View) course
Let's proceed to the next course with a great view once you get used to the practice course. You can see the camping site down below!
③47 course
Try the longest course if you clear the practice course and Miharashi course! Experience a variety of sections and find exciting zones while riding your bike!
Kids course
This is a course specially designed for children. Try off-road cycling for the first time!
* Training bikes and bikes that are 16 inch or smaller are prioritized in this course.
Moko-moko (Ups and Downs) course
Experience our pump track - a track with specially formed undulating surfaces and cambered corners.
On-road (paved)
Paved on-road course is available! Complete the obstacles!

We have all different kinds of zones along the 47 course!
Nonbiri-saka (Gentle Slope)
This long gentle slope leads you to the rest area.
Rest area
Have a break at the halfway point!
Kune-kune (Winding) zone
Twisting and turning section
Alps zone
A section with continuous up and down shapes or movement, like mountains
Rollers zone
You might not need to pedal your bike if you could take advantage of the bumpy road!?
Rocks
Watch out for the rocky road!
Single track
A short track before the exit. You are almost there!
Shortcut
Take a shortcut to the exit.
Azemichi (Narrow Path) zone
Let's go through the narrow path!
