Base Area
Base Lodge EUCLID
Our base lodge Euclid is a great spot to station yourself for the day. It has all amenities and that you might want before, during or after a day on the slopes. These include a large cafeteria Alice, kid's room and nursing space, toilets and a small shop selling snow essentials such as hats, goggles and gloves. Just outside the front doors of the first floor, the parking lot and bus stop are conveniently located, and the second floor opens straight onto the snowy slopes. Storage spaces are also available as well as plenty of seating.

Information Counter
This is your one stop shop for Resort information, such as slope and lift and shuttle timetable information. We can also arrange a taxi, black cat (ski, snowboard and luggage delivery service). We also have storage facilities if you wanted to lighten the load before hitting the snow. And a cloak room to store larger luggage for a fee.

Coin Lockers
Coin lockers are available for ¥500 per use, or ¥700 for larger ones.
Changing Room
Our clean, comfortable, dryer equipped changing room is the perfect spot to freshen up, re-arrange layers or warm up.
Shower Room
Showers are available for a small fee of ¥100 per 5 minutes.
Please use between the hours of 8:00am ~ 5:00pm only. Thank you for your co-operation.
Wash Room
Clean toilets, hot water, and dryers available around the clock.
Nursing room
A private space for nursing parents, this room also has a change table and seating.
Second Floor （WIFI available）
Restaurant Alice
This large cafeteria-style restaurant offers a variety of Japanese and Western snacks, meals and beverages. With almost 250 seats guests can relax and enjoy looking straight out on onto the slopes. Shop
You can find snow essentials such as hats, gloves, goggles, and Hakuba 47 original goods in our restaurant Alice.
Kid's space
Little kids can use this designated area to rest or play. Please ensure you stay with your child or children in the Kids Space area.

Ticket Center ＆ Snow Drop
This is the center house of Hakuba 47. We have ticket counters, an information center, a Beer Bar serving a range of local and imported beverages and snacks and our Soup Kitchen which has embraces TexMex style cuisine. Located opposite the Gondola it is a good "go to" if you are in need of any of the above.
Ticket Counter
We'll give you the latest information about lift tickets and help exchange your vouchers or passes for a Hakuba 47 and Goryu lift ticket. *Epic Pass can be exchanged here.

Learn to ski and snowboard at Hakuba 47. You can reserve lessons with Hakuba 47 Ski Academy International and Snowboard School. There are plenty of friendly staff ready to answer your questions. Online reservations can be made at Hakuba Ski Concierge directly.
Snowboard School
Tailored exclusively towards snowboarders, you can receive both private and group tuition.

Base Gondola Station
Gondola Station
The base station is the hub of activity which connects to Viking Rental Shop and Pizza House Luis! Start your day with a ride up the Gondola. Once you exit, walk down the stairs and turn left to the beginner run and take a sharp left to get to the Terrain Park. You can ski straight onto our beginner runs or take the the high speed quad chair lift to reach the more beginner, intermediate and advanced terrain.
Pizza House LUIS
Award winning Pizza and a taste of Italy. With a distinctly European Alps ambiance, this establishment is a nostalgic change from most on hill eating areas in Hakuba. We have 100 seats inside, take an early break just before lunch or stop by on your last run to avoid rush hours. See "Restaurants" for more details.
Rental Shop
Rent the latest equipment and have a chat with our knowledgeable staff. The Rental shop is very conveniently located a few short paces from the Gondola base station.

Ski Patrol
Be sure you know where our Patrol stations are located. We have Patrol Huts at the base of the resort at the top of the Gondola and at Alpine, the upper area where you exit the quad lift (Line C).

Bus Stop
2022-2023 Shuttle buses are free at Hakuba 47 , Goryu and Iimori area. Please make good use of the buses which operate a schedule every day to Happo, Echoland, Misorano, Kamishiro , Hakuba JR train station and other facilities in Hakuba Village.
