SWEET DEMON

Introducing "Sweet Demon", a boutique cider made from apples and "hozuki" (ground cherries).
Hozuki juice from Hakuba is added during fermentation, creating a delicate aroma and flavour, with hints of coconut and peaches.
Botanicals from organic, high-altitude Bulgarian lavender and aged hops bridge the divide between apple and hozuki.
Amazing on it's own, and even better as an accompaniment to Luis's wood-fired pizza.
