Hakuba47 WINTER SPORTS PARK

During the last 3 days is was often said on the news that it will snow heavily in whole Japan, but it didn`t snow that much in Hakuba and the snowfall stopped for once yesterday.
Recording to the forecast it will snow today as well, but at 10 o`clock in the morning we had dazzling sunlight on all our slopes at Hakuba 47!

This beautiful picture shows the beautiful scenery next to the slopes. However, off-track riding is strictly prohibited at Hakuba 47!! Still, there are off-track areas on which you are allowed to ride on, if you joined the "Double Black Diamond Program" at our resort (For further informations please contact us directly).
The program will start from February, 4th! If you love riding in untouched powdery snow, please feel free to contact us and join the DBD-program!

Thanks to the snowfall we were able to remake enlarge the kids area at the base center!
You might not see it well at the picture, but the bottom part of the kids area is now round about two times bigger than before!
It was closed for two days but now there is lots of space for everyone who wants to play and/ or practice boarding/ skiing in the kids area!

The "Snow Love Festival" will start soon on February, 10th.!
The main event will be the "kamakura" snow huts, which you can see on the picture above.
They are almost finished and are waiting for you at the festival!
You will be able to sit also in the snow huts in the evening with candle light and enjoy the special atmosphere!

There will be also make a firework on February, 10th., so come and join us at Hakuba 47 and let`s celebrate the "Snow Love Festival" together!
