1. Please read "Hakuba47& HakubaGoryu Season Pass CONDITIONS OF SALE & PURCHASE"and accept as below.
2. Click "Order Form" button(at bottom of this page) and fill in form which attached your photo and send. Reply mail will arrive your mailbox automatically later.
3. Send the Form, 2 Photos and Money via cash-registered mail (Genkin-Kakitome) to the address below.
   (If you don't send photos with order form, please send two photos with money)
4. We will hand out your season pass on arrival.
   (It doesn't need to be a proper passport photo).
5. You do need to bring photographic ID when you come to pick up your pass. Passport or drivers license.

1. Please download order form here and fill in.
2. Photo (head & shoulders without hat or sunglasses) with your name clearly written across the back) in two photos (4 cm X 3 cm)
   so that we can capture and process your pass before the season starts.
3. Send the Form, 2 Photos and Money via cash-registered mail (Genkin-Kakitome) to the address below.
4. We will hand out your season pass on arrival.
   (It doesn't need to be a proper passport photo).
5. You do need to bring photographic ID when you come to pick up your pass. Passport or drivers license.
6. Must be postmarked no later than each deadline above.

"Terms & Conditions" for the Pass Holders

1. Season passes may be revoked for misuse or violation of the rules and
   regulations of Hakuba47 and Hakuba Goryu ski areas.
   For example, in Japan, snowboarding or skiing out of boundary is strictly prohibited for one's and other customers safety.
2. A lost or stolen pass must be reported immediately to Hakuba47. A replacement pass will not be issued. Please be careful not to lose it!
3. Use of a season pass by anyone other than the registered pass holder, or alterations to the season pass, will result in cancellation of that pass.
4. Season passes are non-refundable and non-transfeable. They are to be used within the season they were purchased. Any exceptions to this rule are at the discretion of Hakuba47 and Hakuba Goryu. Fraudulent use of your season pass will result in confiscation and prosecution for all parties involved as well as applicable usage and administration fees will be apply.
5. Season passes are valid during the ski season. Spring season passes are valid from March 1st to the end of the ski season.
6. Season passes cannot be used for night skiing.
7. A Season Pass without company stamp is not valid.
8. Any breakage or alteration of a season pass that contains an IC chip will result in being invalid of that pass.
9. A Season pass must be in the passholder's possession at all times. Please show you pass to the staff when accessing Hakuba Goryu or Hakuba 47.
10. All pass holders at Hakuba47 must abide by the snow users responsibility code. Misconduct will result in the withdrawal or suspension of pass privileges with no refund. Misconduct also includes terms above in addition to unsocial behaviour and breach of any other term expressed or implied relating to the resort.

SAFETY IS EVERYONE'S CONCERN

• Stay in control at all times
• Give way to others.
• Equipment must have brakes or leashes.
• Stop where you can be seen.
• Obey all signs.
• Use a spotter when jumping.
• Observe all "Slow Zones" at the bottom of lifts and in learner areas.
• Display courteous behaviour to other mountain users at all times.
• Failure to observe these rules can result in the withdrawal or suspension of your pass without refund.
